The SVHOA Board of Directors have approved the following dues for 2013:
- Single Family Homes & Class III, $230 per home per year (up from $200)
- Alleyways, $80 per home per year (up from $73)
- Courtyard Homes, $500 per home per year (no change)
- Condos, $75 per home per year (no change)
- Apartments, $14.70 per home per year (no change)
- Townhome I, $100 per home per month (no change)
- Townhome II, $80 per home per month (no change)
- Highgrove, $110 per home per month (no change)
- Westend, $120 per home per month (no change)
