Dear SVHOA homeowners,
The SVHOA Board of Directors has one vacant board position and asks for individuals interested in serving on the SVHOA Board to apply by sending a Candidate Statement to email@example.com no later than Tuesday, March 20th. There are nearly 2 years remaining on the vacant term, at which time the appointed director can run, if they choose, for election to a full 3 year term. Preference will be given to applicants who are townhome owners.
The SVHOA Board of Directors is a board of volunteers who establish the budget for and oversee management of the common areas belonging to the Southern Village Master Association, four townhouse communities, the courtyard homes and the HOA owned alleyways. The board currently has six scheduled meetings each year. Applicants should plan to attend the next meeting, on Thursday, March 22, at 6:30 pm. The meeting will be held at 105 Market Street, Room 4. All SVHOA Board meetings are open to the public.
