Southern Village is holding its first ever homemade Valentines Card contest. Participants are encouraged to exercise their creativity, and may enter as many times as they wish. Winners will be chosen in adult and youth categories. Cards can be “mailed” at specially decorated “mailboxes” in any one of the 14 participating businesses in Southern Village.
