- 105 Parkview: sleeping porch panel enclosure
- 211 Overlake: replace existing fence
- 400 Brookgreen: fence
- 200 Greenview: walkway
- 120 Glade: security camera and storm door
- 105 Nolen: storm door
- 503 Edgewater: Little Library
