Southern Village HOA

Last night, 82 persons, either by proxy or in person, attended the SVHOA Annual General Membership (AGM) meeting @ 7pm at Church Church.  One new Board member, Susana Dancy, was elected to serve a three year term.

Immediately following the AGM meeting, the SVHOA Board of Directors meet for a quick organizational meeting.  New elected officers are: President, Susana Dancy; Vice President, John Christian; Treasurer, Jerry VanSant; Secretary, Steve White.

Tonight (Monday, February 19th) there will be an hour long Q&A session with Courtyard Homes members & SVHOA Board of Director Vice President John Christian.  The meeting is set for 6:30pm at 101 Market Street, 1st Floor Conference Room.  This meeting & all meetings of SVHOA are open to the public.

The SVHOA Board will have a very short organization meeting immediately following tomorrow’s AGM.  This meeting will start at 8pm and will last about 15 minutes.  The meeting will take place at Christ Church, 800 Market Street.  This meeting, as well as the AGM and all meetings of SVHOA are open to the public.

Alleyways, $85 per home per year
Courtyard Homes, $500 per home per year
Condos, $91 per home per year
Apartments, $18.60 per home per year

Townhome I, $126 per home per month
Townhome II, $80 per home per month
Highgrove, $125 per home per month
Westend, $135 per home per month
