Trails Leading to Culbreth Middle School
The SVHOA Board of Directors advises all residents that the two “trails” leading from the subdivision to Culbreth Middle School are not official trails and are not maintained by the HOA. Foot traffic continues to wear down these areas so that there are numerous tripping and falling hazards. Any steps or bridges along the trail were not placed by the Association and also are not maintained by the Association. Warnings have been posted at the known entrance and exit points. Any use whatsoever of the trails is at the user’s own risk.
