The agenda for the April 24th SVHOA Board of Directors meeting is now available.
The Chapel Hill and Carrboro WISE programs are sponsoring Basic Energy Education (BEE) Workshops. Following the Pete Street™ model, neighbors attend a workshop together, learn energy saving techniques, go home, and do the techniques they learned, then teach other neighbors. Participating households have documented $100 per month in savings. A BEE workshop has been scheduled at United Christ Methodist Church on Thursday, April 11, 7:00-8:00pm.

The ARB approved a new fence for 139 Graylyn Drive at the February meeting.
The SVHOA Manager’s Report for February is now available.
The next meeting of SVHOA Board of Directors is Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at 6:30pm at 600 Market Street (2nd Floor Conference Room). This meeting & all meetings of SVHOA are open to the public.
At tonight’s Annual General Meeting (AGM), 88 persons were present, either in person or by proxy. Members took part in an election for two new Board of Directors, each serving for three year terms. The results of the vote were as follows: Phil Meyer, 68; Rainer Dammers, 56; Chris Richards 22.
Following the AGM, the new Board meet & organized itself as follows: Rainer Dammers, President; Mary Jo Coppola, Vice President; Phil Meyer, Treasurer; Bobby Mallik, Secretary; Lewis Tisher, Member-at-large.
The annual general meeting (AGM) for SVHOA is Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at 7pm at Christ Church. Immediately following the AGM the SVHOA Board of Directors will hold its February meeting. This meeting will also take place at Christ Church.
