Southern Village Master Association

Southern Village Master Association, Inc (“SVMA”) is the umbrella organization for all other homeowners associations within Southern Village. The role of the SVMA is to oversee the maintenance of all the common areas within Southern Village. Funding for maintenance of these areas comes from the master association’s members by way of an annual assessment on each home within the village. Learn more »
